Summary
  • Broadcast Center One will make a major
    contribution to the revitalization of the
  • Shaw / LeDroit Park Neighborhood and to the
    re-emergence of Georgia Avenue /
  • 7th Street as one of DCs Great Streets.
  • The Broadcast Center One Project will deliver
    significant benefit to the community
  • including Jobs, Community Development
    Initiative Funds, Scholarships, Mentoring
  • Opportunities and LSDBE Participation.
  • Broadcast Center One complies with the
    objectives of the DC Government as
  • articulated in the Comprehensive Plan, the
    Duke Plan and the Comprehensive
  • Housing Strategy Task Force.
  • Broadcast Center Partners respectfully request
    the support of ANC1A on
  • behalf of our Planned Unit Development
    (PUD) Application to the District
  • of Columbia Zoning Commission.
