  • Welcome Kym, Augie Lupe
  • Manchester Village welcome overview
  • Brief overview of consultant work, assessment
    UFMC reorganization.
  • Why are we here?
  • Icebreaker Augie
  • Beginning with one ball, pass it to another
    person while stating their name. That person
    takes the ball passes it onto another person
    while stating their name. This repeats until
    every person has caught the ball once.
  • Gradually add more balls pick up speed until at
    some point all the balls have been passed around
    (taking out the three red balls only leaving
    the yellow balls with the names of the Student
    Organizations).
  • Discussion juggling too many things at once,
    UFMC being asked to juggle student organizations
    other duties.
  • Introductions exercise Augie
  • Participants will be asked to pair up w/someone
    outside of their organization who they do not
    know well.
  • They will take some time to interview each other,
    focusing on highlights from last year, strengths,
    and purpose of the organization.
  • They will be asked to report back one thing from
    each of the three areas discussed in the
    interviews.
  • Discussion lenses we are processing through
  • Break for ten minutes
  • Debrief introduction exercise

  • What do you as an individual/group do to work on
    the strengths?
  • What do you as an individual/group do to live out
    your purpose?
