Product Inspection formal procedure

• 1. 100 Inspection- We Inspect 100 of all
  quality characteristic on the product before we
  are not sure the production ability and
  confidence.
• 2. Sampling- If the product 100 qualify or the
  defect percent of the product is very low, we
  process sampling.
• 3. Audit- If the quality under the control, the
  Cp and Cpk value is stable, we inspect small
  quantities.
• 4. Identity Check- After above 1-3 all under the
  control and the quality stable continuous, we
  check the product items specification and the
  order of quantities.
