When properly cared for, best car batteries
usually last for five or more years.
Unfortunately, we arent always diligent when it
comes to vehicle maintenance. As a general rule,
you should expect to replace your car battery
every three years or so.

Thats assuming you use your car on a regular
basis and under normal conditions. Car batteries

Batteries for cars deteriorate a little with
every charge. So how do you identify the signs
that the battery needs replacing? First, if your
car wont start at all, your battery could be
dead. If this repeatedly happens over a period of

is degraded and needs replacement. Second, even
if your car does start, try performing checks a
short while after it starts running. If the
headlights or electric windows are operating less
effectively than usual, its typically because
the battery isnt working at full capacity.

Regular testing will spot emerging problems
before they become emergency situations.
