Data Entry
  • Log into the Wage Survey database.
  • Enter your User Name (email address) and
    Password.
  • Click Submit.
  • Select Project Type.
  • Select Public or Private Works project
  • Click Next.

  • Enter the Project information.
  • Enter a valid EAN number.
  • Public Works Projects
  • Select the Wage Decision Number from the dropdown
    box.
  • Private Works Projects
  • Do Not Select a Wage Decision Number from the
    dropdown box.
  • Manually enter the Construction Type, County and
    Year.
  • Enter Project Title.
  • Enter Location.
  • Click Next to go to Craft Data Entry.

  • Enter the Craft Information
  • Enter the Week Ending day (1-30). The Survey is
    always conducted for the month of June and the
    year is always the current year.
  • Select the Craft from the dropdown box.
  • Enter Hours Worked. Must be a valid whole number
    between 1 5000.
  • Enter the Base Rate. Must be a number between
    6.75 and 50.

  • The remaining entries are optional but MUST
    contain at least a zero (0).
  • Enter the Fringe, if entered must be between 0
    and 25. If Fringe is entered as a whole then the
    following would not be filled in.
  • Health Insurance, if entered, must be between 0
    and 25.
  • Pension , if entered, must be between 0 and 25.
  • Life Insurance , if entered, must be between 0
    and 25.
  • Vacation , if entered, must be between 0 and 25.
  • Training, Not Apprenticeship , if entered, must
    be between 0 and 25.

  • Apprenticeship, if entered, must be between 0 and
    1.
  • Apprenticeship does not apply to Construction
    Type A.
  • Subsistence, if entered, must be between 0 and
    100.
  • Only applies to Construction Type B.
  • Incentive, if entered, must be between 0 and 100.
  • Only applies to Construction Type B.
  • Click Submit to enter data into the database.

  • Review/Revise/Update allows the user to review
    and modify existing records. Records are
    initially retrieved based on the EAN number.
  • Enter a valid EAN.
  • Click Submit.

  • Each craft record is listed by Wage Decision
    Number for the EAN entered in the previous step.
  • Select the record from the list for modification.
  • Click Modify.
  • The following list is available for modification
  • Week Worked, Hours Worked, Rate, Apprenticeship,
    Subsistence, Incentive, Fringe, Health Insurance,
    Pension, Life Insurance, Vacation and Training.
  • Make the changes to the appropriate field(s).
  • Click Update.
  • The record is updated and saved in the Wage
    Survey database.
