- Academic Assistance Program that Increases
Student Performance and Retention - Targets traditionally difficult academic courses
(high D, F, or WD percentage) - Not for high-risk students
- Uses Peer Leaders trained in facilitating study
sessions - SI Leaders attend the targeted class and set up 3
study session per week - Attendance results in a half to whole letter
grade higher than those not attending
