Benefits Of Drinking Nannari

How To prepare Nannari At Home
  • You can buy the nannari from any nearby ancient
    medicinal shop ( Naattu marunthu kadai ).
  • Once you get it, remove the central part of the
    nannari.
  • Take the remaining part and dry it in the
    sunlight.
  • Grind the root in mixer after a hot dry in the
    sun.

  • Boil the grounded powder for 20 mins with water
    and cool it
  • Filter it with a fine cloth
  • Add sugar and boil it again until it gets the
    sticky phase
  • Cooldown and add a little lemon
  • Now your nannari sarbath is ready. You can store
    it in the refrigerator and use it when you love
    sipping it
