- To select MTD sales, enter prior month-end
closing date. To select YTD sales enter todays
date. - Enter 2100 for Cooper Crouse-Hinds Canada
- Customer group is used to limit customers based
on the type of customer. If the field is left
blank all customers are selected. Customer types
are - Enter 01 - Full Line Distribution only
Enter 02 - Commercial only Enter 03 -
Commercial Plus only
Check and verify that both required fields have
been entered

- For current YTD sales through prior day, enter
current month and year. For month to date, enter
prior month-end closing date (MM/CCYY) - Enter 2100 for Cooper Crouse-Hinds Canada

- For specific Sales Group, such as New Brunswick,
Click Selection Button. - Pop-up box displayed of sales group values.
- Enter first two characters of sales group
followed by asterisk . - Click Find
- Click box next to the value to be selected. Click
the transfer Button.

21The Navigation Block Sales By Branch
The navigation block allows you to access
additional fields and add the information to your
sales report.
- Sales by Branch report query commonly used fields
- Select Corporate Customer
Remove filter deletes the filter value
displayed in the navigation block
Drilldown in the rows displays information by
creating new rows in the report
Drilldown in the columns displays selected
field information by creating new columns on the
report
Select filter value Limits the information on
the report to the values identified by updating
the filter.
Remove drilldown Removes the selected field
from the report.
