Nevado de Colima
Also known as Zapotepetl, this region borders
Jalisco and Colima and is the seventh highest
mountain peaks in Mexico. The peaks here rise for
almost 14000 feet and is more popular with hikers
and mountaineers alike. It is also home to North
Americas active volcano- Volcan DE Fuego which
occasionally spits some lavas. These regions form
part of Colima Volcanic Complex and are the
youngest amongst the three volcanoes. It
stretches for 485 kilometers, and besides its
mountain ranges and hiking activities, it is also
a popular animal spotting region for deer,
squirrel, chipmunks, fox, raccoons, and several
bird species.

Cerro De Chipinque
Cerro De Chipinque is another natural beauty
located along with SAN Pedro Garza Garcia,
Mexico. This region forms part of the Sierra
Madre Oriental range and measures up to 2,229
meters. Besides being an excellent hiking
destination, this region is also a symbolic
landmark for the Monterrey metropolitan area.
This park is encompassed by Santa Catarina
valley, mount El Mirador, Ballesteros canyon and
