Arlo Camera Pro 3 Setup
Setting up Arlo Camera is very easy. First
download the Arlo app from App store in case of
iOS and Google play store in case android. Follow
the app instruction. First connect your smarthub
to the router with the help of Ethernet wire then
power it up. After setting your base to router,
it is time to set your two camera. Arlo provides
two magnetic base on which you can set you
cameras. Now its time to tweak app setting like
geofencing, if user are at home the camera will
turn off automatically. User can also set the
motion zones, like where the camera will track
the motion and where they will ignore the motion.
For example if the camera is setup at the front
door you will put the public path to ignore zone
which will help you with getting less
notification and it will be huge relief to the
user. Spotlight is also configurable although it
works automatically when motion is detected the
sensor inside the Arlo Pro 3 adjust the intensity
of the light automatically which also helps in
preserving the battery life.

Verdict
The Arlo Pro 3 is worthy successor to its
predecessors. Although it is not cheap but its
staller image and video quality does justify its
price tag. Its feature are similar to Arlo ultra
but still it is cheap to it. If you are
considering to buy Arlo Ultra you can also give
it a thought it is almost 100 cheap to
Ultra. User will get local storage option with
the USB port but to make most use of its feature
you will have to buy cloud subscription for it.
Although with this model seven day free event
based cloud storage option is missing that would
have been great if it would have been there
perfect package. Motion tracking and auto zoom
are standard features but one has to subscribe
for the smart plan to take advantage of
intelligent notifications, package detection and
911 emergency response. All this make Arlo Pro 3
a worthy home security camera.
