is prepared with the combination of Domperidone,
Rabeprazole, hence the effect of Rablet D 40
Capsule SR is a combination of properties of
above composition. Domperidone is prescribed
for Domperidoneis an antidopaminergic agent
which is also used as antiemetic and is used in
the treatment of nausea, vomiting,
gastrointestinal problems and Parkinson's
disease. Rabeprazole is prescribed for This
medication is a proton pump inhibitor prescribed
for duodenal ulcer gastroesophageal reflux
disease (GERD) and Zollinger-Ellison (gastric
acid hyper secretion) syndrome. It works by
decreasing the amount of acid made in the
stomach.

usage of Domperidone Domperidoneis used to treat
conditions like,acute nausea and vomiting,
dyspepsia, functional dyspepsia, gastric
distension, pain due to pressure on the stomach,
gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, nausea and
vomiting caused as a result of chemotherapy or
L-dopa intake.  Typical usage of
Rabeprazole Rabeprazole is used to treat certain
stomach and esophagus problems (such as acid
reflux, ulcers). This drug is commonly used to
heal the acidic damage caused to stomach or
oesophagus. It helps in preventing ulcers like
duodenal ulcer and stomach ulcer and It is also
helpful in preventing oesophagial cancer.

Rablet D 40 Capsule SR Dosage
Below are the dosage information for Rablet D 40
Capsule SR - Dosage of Domperidone The normal
dose of Domperidone is- Adult Oral-nausea and
vomiting - 10-20 mg 4-8 hours. Maximum 80 mg /
day. Non ulcer dyspepsia - 10-20 mg 3 times / day
and night. Migraine- 20 mg 4 hours. Maximum 4
dose / 24 hours. Rectal-nausea and vomiting - 60
mg twice daily. Dosage of Rabeprazole The
recommended oral dose for both active duodenal
ulcer and active benign gastric ulcer is 20 mg to
be taken once daily in the morning. Same dosage
is applicable in the conditionof Erosive or
ulcerative gastro-oesophageal reflux disease
(GORD).
