Maintaining a healthy and glowing skin is not at
all a cup of tea and that too in the winter
season. Winter season is great for skin health
but there are some negative points as well. In
cold weather, our skin becomes tight, dry and
flaky. Even people having oily skin type can feel
so.
3
We are always in seek of easy to do methods that
require less time but full benefits. Here are we
going to tell you how to take care of your oily
skin during the cold season? First of all, drink
water as per the requirement of your body. In the
winter season, we may not feel as thirsty as
summer season but we should keep on drinking
water at regular interval.
4
Wash your face and use an oil-free moisturizer on
daily basis. You can use Owlpure moisturizer or
body lotion for better effects. Exfoliating skin
periodically is required, as it clears out all
the stubborn dust settled on the face. Make sure
to use face scrubs and face masks that are made
for oily skin type.
5
In the winter season, our lips get chapped and
people use petroleum jelly for it. Instead of
using the petroleum jelly, you can use medicated
or herbal lip balms to get the better effects
without any harmful results.
6
Our skin becomes dry after taking bath especially
in winter season, the natural oils are stripped
from our skin. To maintain the moisture in the
body, put few drops tea tree oil and then take
bath with that. Having a bath with this water
will hold the moisture in your body. Also, avoid
using oil-based makeup products, try to prefer
water-based or gel-based products. If your skin
is sensitive, then keep a separate towel for
yourself. To keep skin nourished and healthy, use
home remedies. They are far better than buying
commercial products that are loaded with
chemicals.
