Quantifying Customer Service

• How to determine the Customer Service factor
• Start at 10
• If a salesperson says "Hello" 1
• If there are 10 carts in the cart area 1
• If there are no carts in the cart area -1
• Time to find a salesperson who will help you
  -(time in seconds)/30
• Subtract 1/4 point per article of clothing in the
  dressing room.
• If the store Isles are unblocked 1
• If the floors are kept clean (and not sticky) 1
• If the shelves (where applicable) are neatly
  arranged (no products are hidden from view) 1
• If During your time in the store you see at least
  3 different floor employees, excluding
  salespeople 1
• Subtract 1/2 times the number of people in the
  shortest check out line
