- Recognize members accomplishments outside of the
industry - Always use door greeters. It makes everyone

- Use as many members in your meetings as possible
for various activities such as the pledge,
invocations, presentations, greeters, and even
skits.

- If the brokers do not attend the meetings, the
sales agents will not attend the meetings!
