3Score Card
4Hole 1 538 Yards Par 5
5The Tee Shot on Hole 1
-
- This 538 yard par 5 is one of the most demanding
holes on the front side. The tee shot should be
played just to the left of the fairway bunker as
the fairway slopes from left to right.
6Hole 1 First Landing Area
7The Second Shot on Hole 1
- Favoring the right side of the fairway on the
second shot will leave a mid to short iron into
the elevated green.
8Hole 1 Second Landing Area
9The Third Shot on Hole 1
- From this position you will have an uphill shot
to a large back to front sloping green. Placing
the shot below the pin will leave a good chance
for birdie.
10Hole 1 Green 6,830 sq. ft.
11Hole 2 347 Yards Par 4
12The Tee Shot on Hole 2
- This short 347 yard par 4 can be one of the
toughest holes on the course. The landing area is
receptive for leaving an approach shot of 120 to
150 yards into the green.
13Hole 2 Landing Area
14The Second Shot on Hole 2
- It is important to keep the shot below the pin
and slightly to the left as the green slopes
severely from right to left. Par is a good score
here.
15Hole 2 Green 5,480 sq. ft.
16Hole 3 165 Yards Par 3
17The Tee Shot on Hole 3
- One of the toughest par 3s in Erie County.
This intimidating tee shot is a sure attention
grabber. The length of this hole can be stretched
from 165 to 205 yards. Watch out for water short
and out-of-bounds left and over the green. Keep
the ball short of the flag for the best putt at
birdie.
18Hole 3 Green 5,000 sq. ft.
19Hole 4 306 Yards Par 4
20The Tee Shot on Hole 4
-
- The shortest par 4 on the course measuring only
306 yards. It plays much longer as it is all
uphill. Lay back to the left side of the fairway
around the 100 yard marker for a flat lie and an
open shot to this elevated green.
21Hole 4 Landing Area
22The Second Shot on Hole 4
- The approach shot to this elevated green with a
false front is better short than long as the
green slopes from back to front.
23Hole 4 Green 4,450 sq. ft.
24Hole 5 502 Yards Par 5
25The Tee Shot on Hole 5
- A great risk and reward 502 yard par 5. Find
the fairway and then decide whether to go for it
or lay up short of the water.
26Hole 5 First Landing Area
27The Second Shot on Hole 5
- The second shot is the most demanding shot on
the front 9. A good drive will leave a 200 to 225
yard shot to a narrow fairway. It requires
accuracy as out of bounds is on the left and
water hazards short and right.
28Hole 5 Second Landing Area
29The Third Shot on Hole 5
- This large green is difficult to hold and
requires a good wedge shot, as a slight false
front can stop a bump and run shot short of the
pin.
30Hole 5 Green 6,168 sq. ft.
31Hole 6 335 Yards Par 4
32The Tee Shot on Hole 6
- This par 4 is a slight dogleg, measuring 335
yards. Out-of-bounds guards both left and right
sides of the fairway. To take trouble out of play
hit it short of the bunkers, but this leaves a
blind second shot. The aggressive play is to hit
driver and find the fairway for a short iron
approach.
33Hole 6 Landing Area
34The Second Shot on Hole 6
- One of the most difficult approach shots on the
front nine. A pronounced false front and front to
back slope make it difficult to hold this green.
35Hole 6 Green 5,533 sq. ft.
36Hole 7 352 Yards Par 4
37The Tee Shot on Hole 7
- Watch out for out-of-bounds on both sides of
the fairway and a water hazard that cuts the
fairway in two. Staying short of the water off
the tee leaves a 120 to 150 yard shot.
38Hole 7 Landing Area
39The Second Shot on Hole 7
- An accurate approach is required as bunkers and
water hazards guard this two-tiered green.
40Hole 7 Green 5,373 sq. ft.
41Hole 8 169 Yards Par 3
42The Tee Shot on Hole 8
- A true links style par 3 of 169 yards. A
two-tiered green that slopes from back to front
is receptive to playing it short and chasing the
ball up to the hole. Hit it long or right and
your looking at a bogey.
43Hole 8 Green 4,502 sq. ft.
44Hole 9 375 Yards Par 4
45The Tee Shot on Hole 9
- A great 375 yard, par 4 demands two good
shots into the prevailing wind to make par.
Finding the fairway off the tee is a must here.
46Hole 9 Landing Area
47The Second Shot on Hole 9
- This large, well-guarded green has two bunkers
short and one bunker long. A shot landing past
center normally will run through the green and
will require a chip or sand play to make par.
48Hole 9 Green 5,158 sq. ft.
