There are two types of Oscillating tool-
  • Corded/Electric
  • Cordless/Battery operated

Corded/Electric Oscillating tool
  • It is powered by AC(Alternative Current) Voltage
    source with power cable. You dont have to worry
    about discharging time because it has no battery
    with it. If power source is available and there
    is no load shedding- You can use it as long as
    you want.

Cordless/Battery Operated Oscillating tool
  • As name mentioned, Usually 12V to 20V battery is
    used in Cordless Oscillating tool so that you can
    take extra coverage of Power (Around 35 minutes).
    Its a portable device you can say. Absence of
    battery Charge, It is useless. It also wastes
    time.
