often gets scratches hence its appearance gets

energy consumption offered by stainless steel
microwaves, the cost of these appliances is
higher than the counterparts. Ceramic
cavity Ceramic material is commonly used in cook
wares due to its exquisite feature of
non-stickiness. Therefore, ceramic cavities are
easy to clean. It is also lustrous hence the
great physical appeal. There are some brands that
produce ceramic microwave ovens with
anti-bacterial covers on the oven hence improving
kitchen health. Since ceramic is a poor conductor
of electricity, an oven takes long before food
heats evenly.

Final thoughts The two types of ovens- ceramic
and stainless steel microwave ovens- come in all
designs with distinct features for the
convenience of consumers. As far as energy usage
is concerned, it is advisable to choose stainless
steel microwaves so as to minimize electric
current used by the oven and subsequent eergy
bill in a household.
