4Bott Geyl Gewurztraminer Les Elements 2012
I dont know why more people dont drink
Gewurztraminer. Bright gold-tinged straw. Its
Clean, fresh, smoky aromas of peach, rose and
apricot are so juicy and fresh in the mouth,
conveying a breezy quality to the ripe tropical
fruit and floral flavours. Finishes bright and
long. Its a great wine to match spicy food.

6Bott Geyl Pinot Gris Furstentum Grand Cru 2009
Jean-Christophe Bott is heir to the family
tradition dating back to 1795, when his ancestor,
Jean-Martin Geyl tended his vines and made his
wine. Jean-Christophe Bott has been responsible
for Domaine Bott-Geyl since 1993 and he converted
the vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then
biodynamic in 2002.
7Domaine Pavelot 1er Cru Les Vergelesses Rouge
2012
In recent years, Luc has been selectively adding
small amounts of whole clusters into tank for the
reds, as the vintage merits, adding a spicy,
herbal component which contributes to the wines
complexity, and leads to more structured wines.
Thanks to the dedication of young winemakers like
Luc Pavelot
8Genot-Boulanger Clos de Vougeot 2010
Domaine Génot-Boulanger was founded in 1974 by a
Parisian pharmacist named Charles-Henri Génot.
Back then, it was more of a hobby than a
livelihood, and together with his wife, Marie,
née Boulanger, Charles-Henri started exploring
the terroir and purchasing parcels all along the
Côte dOr, beginning with their first vines in
Mercurey

10Genot-Boulanger Puligny-Montrachet Les Nosroyes
2009
Named for the walnut trees that once grew here,
Les Nosroyes is a well-placed vineyard below
premier cru Les Referts. This is a stunning
Puligny-Montrachet of premier cru standard, but
at a smidgeon of the 1er cru price tag!
