Title: BRM Laser Cutters & Laser Engravers for Metal
1BRM Laser Cutters Laser Engravers for Metal
2Laser Machines uses for Metals
- Laser machines are mostly used for marking and
making verifiable and cut precisely with less
heat affected areas. - Laser machines are widely used in manufacturing,
metal processing, Jewelry, Automobile Industries
for - Labeling
- Product Descriptions and Information
- Traceable Codes and Markings
- Jewelry Design Engraving
- Various Promotional (Key chains others) and
Model made of metals - Cutting Various metals in short time and with
high accuracy - Nameplates Others
3What are the Benefits of Lasers?
- Excellent processing speed
- High accuracy
- Best Cut Quality
- No Physical Contact So Small or no amount of
wear on equipment - No Physical Contact So Less Chances for material
to become contaminated - Compared to others, Laser cutters have narrow
heat-affected zone - Can cut very Complicated shapes
- Real-time Control over Power
- Safety Most laser machines are fully enclosed
to prevent accidents. - Workers can also cut multiple jobs
- Laser cutting leaves a very thin and easily
removable oxidation layer - Have computer touch screens, so workers can plot
out design alterations for prototypes and large
part runs. - Progresses quickly because of high feed rates
and equipment speed.
4Why BRM Lasers?? About us
BRM Lasers is a leading Laser machines supplier
in UK and all over Europe. BRM lasers offering a
wide range of laser machines used by many types
of materials and industries. We have four types
of laser cutting machines (BRM CO2 Lasers, BRM
Portal lasers, BRM Metal lasers, BRM Fiber
lasers) those are based on latest laser engraving
technology and each one destined for particular
user groups, ranging from small start-ups to the
heavy metalworking industry and the
fine-precision industry. We are confident that we
have the most fitting machine available for each
type of company.
5BRM Metal Lasers
BRM metal lasers offer the same possibilities as
our CO2- and portal lasers in terms of cutting
and engraving a wide variety of materials they
also use a CO2 laser tube, meaning that the same
wide range of materials can be processed. However
, thanks to the addition of oxygen and a special
laser head, our metal lasers have the additional
benefit of being able to cut steel up to a
thickness of 1.2 mm this feature results in
additional possibilities in comparison to a
normal CO2 laser machine.
