• Annual desk phone and wireless phone inventories
  are complete
• Account changes for FY12 will be completed July
  1st
• If you have any other changes to either of these

Phone Book Updates

• Verizon PAID Advertising changes were due
  6-17-11
• Verizon local directory changes will be due in
  July. Look for an email in the next few weeks.
• FYI IIT Voice Services manages changes in the
  Verizon Frederick Local, Yellow Book and Red
  Community Phone Books

Wireless Phone Updates

• IIT is looking to a Mobile Device Management Tool
  (MDM) which will secure (non Blackberry) devices
  on our network. Droids. iphones
• More information will be forthcoming

Voice Mail Modular Messaging

• If you have not done so already please rerecord
  your greeting to allow for a lower volume tone
  for others to hear
• Remember you have many greeting options to choose
  from
• Personal Greeting (one greeting to use).
• Optional Greetings (nine greetings to use)
• Extended Absence Greeting (one greeting to use)
• Multilingual greetings
