6Student Administration Office
- This is the students contact point throughout
their university career for all administrative
matters. - The Student Administration Office provides
information concerning - registration issues
- enrolment for admission tests
- study plans
- change of courses and transfers
- graduation applications
- It also deals with all issues regarding students
careers.
7Badge
- The badge is the personal magnetic card that
qualifies you as a student at the University of
Bologna. The badge allows you to access
university facilities, such as libraries,
computer laboratories and also to obtain
discounts for cinemas, theaters, public
transports, gyms, shopping centers, etc

9Internships
- The Internship Office provides information and
administrative support for students and graduates
who wish to carry out an internship, and for
companies and institutes intending to liaise with
the University in providing this opportunity of
contact with the working world.
10Internships
- Dissertation-related internships students
preparing their dissertation may spend a period
with a company, public institutions or
professional practice. - Training and guidance internships is an option
open to graduates, providing experience of the
world of work.
- Curriculum internship On a curriculum
internship, the student works for a
host-organization outside or inside the
University this carries University Educational
Credits (UECs) as laid down by the teaching
programme. It may be compulsory or optional and
must be done at set moments in the degree
programme. The length of an internship depends on
the number of credits demanded by the study plan
(1 UEC 25 hrs practical work)

12Student International Mobility
- The Student International Mobility Office
provides UNIBO and incoming students with
administrative and teaching-related support it
also serves degree programmes and professors
during the various steps in the procedures
outlined in Calls for Applications. - All the application procedures for the mobility
programmes are online, through AlmaRM.
13Student International Mobility Erasmus
- Where can I go?
- In the member states of the EU and in Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey and Macedonia. - What is it and what does it offer?
- The Erasmus Studies offers the possibility to
spend a period of study in a European University
that has signed an agreement with the University
of Bologna, while the Erasmus internship allows
to apply for a 3 months internship in a European
firm or a public institution. - In both cases, you can earn credits for your
studies and receive a grant from the Erasmus
programme to help you to cover your costs. -
14Student International Mobility Erasmus
- How can I apply?
- You have to be enrolled at the University of
Bologna in the 1st year for Erasmus Studies and
the 2nd year for Erasmus Internship, have the
language requirements specified in the Call and
submit a programme of studies / training for
evaluation and selection. - The Erasmus Studies Call is published every year
in December/January for the mobility of the next
academic year. - The Erasmus Internship Call is published every
year in October for the mobility of the same
academic year. - You may obtain an Erasmus grant for any study
cycle (1st, 2nd, PhD) and for 12 months for each
cycle.
15Student International Mobility Overseas
- Where can I go?
- North America, South America, China, Japan,
Australia and South Africa, in partner
Universities that have signed mobility agreement
with the University of Bologna. - What does it offer?
- The programme offers the possibility to attend
courses and, in some specific cases, take part in
research for dissertation purposes. - Who can take part?
- Students enrolled at least in the 2 year of a
first or single cycle programme at the University
of Bologna, with suitable language skills and who
also meet the other specific requirements of the
partner universities. The Call for applications
is published every year in October for the
mobility of the next academic year.

functions - booking exam sessions

- AlmaOrienta is available to school leavers,
university students, graduating students and
graduates, providing information and guidance on

and dyslexic students service
- SAP is a free service for University students
who suffer from emotional and relational
problems, affective and behavioural disorders,
troubles in their academic or working life.

- ALMAWIFI is the free WiFi connection that the
University offers to students, professors,
researchers, technical and administrative staff,
PhD students and collaborators of the University
of Bologna to access the Internet and the on-line
services of the University directly from their
own mobile devices.
24Sport CUSB
- For all sports activities, join the Bologna
University Sports Centre - CUSB. - You may use your badge to sign up for and take
part in summer and winter activities, courses and
competitions throughout the University campuses
you may also take advantage of discounts at
partner sports centres and on insurance policies.
- If you practice sport at competition level, you
can join one of the teams taking part in the
National University Championships. The complete
