• The 9 inch flex fillet uses the same patented
  textured no slip grip handle and stainless steel
  as the Bubba Blade 9-Inch Stiffie for effortless
  cutting and total knife control.
• This knife is designed for the fisherman that
  likes some flex to the blade. Excellent for
  filleting fish of all sizes.

• Use a good quality diamond edge knife sharpening
  steel, and it will sharpen any of these to a
  razors edge.

• This knife is sharp straight out of the package.
• You can spend a fortune on a good set of kitchen
  knives.
• Opened the knife from the package, and it was
  perfectly sharp. It fits in the hand well, and
  cuts well.

• Best Fillet Knife!
• - This fillet knife is what I've been
  waiting for. Great for big game and boney fish
  like pike or muskie. The blade is stiff and very
  sharp with minimal flex to the blade.The handle
  is its greatest feature in my opinion. Best grip,
  and control I've ever had out of any knife. I
  have bought 100's of dollars in fillet knifes,
  Rapala and other brands, and they don't hold a
  candle to the Bubba Blade. I plan on ordering the
  Flex Blade in the future. Also this knife is
  great for cutting beef for jerky.
