4MAM Mission
- The Memphis Athletic Ministries exists to partner
with local churches, schools and community groups
to give inner city, at-risk young people
alternatives to the streets by providing a safe,
supportive atmosphere to play sports through the
MAM partners with trained volunteers serving as
role models.

- The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are
few. Matthew 937 - Recreation provides the harvest field
- 30 million youth participate in sports
- 80-90 million parents, coaches, family, and
friends will be involved - Evangelism servant opportunities abound
- Gospel can be proclaimed to a captive audience
(i.e. coaches, parents, crowd) - Church members can serve in a variety of roles
(coaches, devotional leaders, mentors, etc.)
