  • USDA prohibits discrimination in all programs
    activities on the basis of race, color, national
    origin, age, disability, and where applicable,

    info, political beliefs, reprisal, or income.

Resolution of Noncompliance
  • Districts must submit an acceptable corrective
    action plan
  • Failure to respond or correct the finding may
    result in suspension or termination of financial
    assistance.

    to file a complaint within 180 days of the
    alleged action
