assistants - a. Subsequent to 2 educational agreements
with the National Immunization Program (NIP)
of the CDC and Prevention , NMA has ongoing
member training programs in effective pediatric
immunization policies and practices

- Immunization A family Affair (IMFAP) A
national physician education program designed to
increase adult and pediatric immunization as a
family preventive health measure. These are free
interactive training sessions with CME and CEU
credits. This program has been held in 24 cities
across the nation.

- 3. Community Vaccination
- Healthe Children 2006 and 2007
- Sponsored by the ANMA
- Well attended, fun health fairs for children and
their families with games and music - Held in Boys and Girls Clubs and in Schools
- Influenza vaccinations are given with rewards.
The rewards are goody bags containing healthy
snacks and games.

Pediatrics, Dr. Renee Jenkins, is a member of
NMA. She is a strong advocate for preventive care
including influenza vaccination.
