  • TEAL II (renamed VITAL at the end of the grant)
    was developed by a

    faculty at many Virginia
  • colleges and universities with technical
    assistance and guidance from SCHEV,
  • VDOE, and the principal contractor, HigherEd.org.
  • VITAL has four Components

  • Teacher Outcomes (Surveys)
  • School and Environment Descriptors
  • Reports and Analysis Components
  • VITAL is truly a collaboration of which all the
    involved institutions have
