offered by Navy MWR - August, 1998 - Ed Dunning developed the Regional
Outdoor Recreation Test Site
Proposal - August, 1998 - Dam Neck was selected as the
location for the pilot program - March, 1999 - Hiring for the Regional OAC was
conducted - April, 1999 - The Regional OAC began operations
