Digital guidance
  • Anything that you create as part of your project
    in a digital format is considered a digital
    output. This includes
  • Oral history recordings
  • Website
  • Apps
  • All digital outputs must be useable and available
    for five years from the end of your project.
  • Must be free of charge for non-commercial uses
  • Whenever possible we would encourage you to
    contribute anything you create digitally to
    relevant heritage collections.

  • Project Summary
  • A local theatre group wants to explore journeys.
    They will involve members of the community in
    recording oral histories and young people will
    write the script for the performance.

  • Project Summary
  • Our organisation wants to work with a number of
    local communities to research and develop an
    exhibition depicting the history of the borough
    during the First World War. The exhibition can be
    viewed by the public at the library during June
    2013.

Applicant 3
  • The project will give students the opportunity to
    learn about the history of urban music and the
    links between music and youth rebellion. 25 young
    people will participate in workshops and
    seminars, and conduct archival research and oral
    history interviews. A documentary DVD will be
    produced, and distributed to schools along with
    learning packs, in conjunction with workshops
    delivered by the college students.
