3What is RI For Email Marketing ?
- Reporting intelligence is gained after analyzing
statistics and buying behaviors patterns of our

4Categories of RI
5(I) Email Sent
- Total number of html or plain text mails sent
from particular campaign through TSLimpact .
6(II) Open Count
- Open rate measures , how many people "view" or
"open" the mailer which we have sent. By using
TSLimpact we can send numerous mailers per hour.
7(IV) Unique Open Count
- TSLimpact also tracks unique email opens. i.e,
Similar to an email open, unique email opens
eliminate all duplicate opens from total opened
mails.
8(V) Unopened Count
- Number of people who have not opened the mail
that we sent.
9(VI) Clicks
- Total number of clicks we get over links, which
we have placed in our mailer.
10(VII) Unique Clicks
- It gives the Unique clicks count over links,
which we have placed in our mailer.
11(VIII) Bounce rate
- TSLimpact tracks the bounced mails. Basically
bounced mails are - TWO types.
- (1) Soft bounce.
- (2) Hard bounce.

- Soft bounce means that the email address was
valid and the email message reached the
recipients mail server, but the mail was bounced
back. - Reasons for Soft bounces.
- The mailbox was full
- The server was down
- The message was too large for the recipients
inbox
13(X) Hard bounce
- Hard bounce occurs when the message has been
permanently rejected. - Reasons for Soft bounces.
- The email address is invalid
- The email addresses doesnt exist
