TIE TEAMS MODULE DEVELOPMENT TEAM

  • Task is to design modules for state wide face to
    face training
  • Overall team goal- to have 35 to 50 modules ready
    for Summer 07

  • Each team member creates a minimum of 3 modules
    by February 28th
  • Goal is to bring one module to training December
    5th 6th
  • Modules are not to be created on work time

  • Modules will be leveled, based on recommendations
    from the development team and approved by the
    core team

  • Include trainer notes, materials list (software,
    handouts, books)

TIE TEAMS TIE CADRE TEAM
  • Representatives chosen by Co-ops
  • 2 per Co-op (one elementary or early middle and
    one secondary)
  • Will be responsible for doing the training on
    modules we develop

SPENDING OF GRANT MONEY
  • Training of TIE Cadre
  • Module Development
  • Professional development for Co-op Tech
    Coordinators and TIE Cadre
  • Stipends, travel and expenses for Core Team and
    Development Team

FINANCIAL BENEFITS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
  • Travel, meals, hotel paid for meetings attended
  • First module developed 25 per hour up to 150
    max
  • Each module developed after that 50 per hour up
    to 300 max

  • If work with partner, split money (1st module w/
    partner 12.50 per hour up to 75 after that 25
    per hour up to 150 max)
  • Paid for modules you sign up for or notify Core
    team member you are developing
