Insomnia is the most common sleep complaint in
which you need to take something (supplements,
sleep aid pills) in order to get to sleep.
Sleeplessness can sap not only our energy level
and mood but also our health and work performance.

Insomnia can be caused by medical and psychiatric
conditions, unhealthy sleep routine and certain
