By the end of this presentation you will be able
to prepare and cook a spinach pie. You will also
learn the basic procedure for the cooking of any
pie.

• Choose healthy and quality products
• Bear in mind that CONTENT is as important as

• Follow your list of instructions closely

• CRUST
• 10 oz SPINACH
• 4 EGGS
• 4 sp GRATED CHEESE
• 6 sl SOFT CHEESE
• SALT and PEPPER

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Prick all over crust and bake alone for 5
minutes. 3. Mix chopped spinach with beaten eggs
and season. 4. Add grated cheese and mix well. 5
. Pour filling into the previously baked crust.
6. Decorate with slices of soft cheese.
7. Bake for other 15 minutes... and serve!
