  • At least five (5) 20,000 and at least ten (10)
    10,000 scholarships are awarded for each
    deadline
  • More scholarship information can be found at

    There are scholarships there for everyone no
    matter what your major or current year of study.

New Scholarship Highlights
  • Golden Key Community Service Award
  • Scholarship amounts increased from (5) 1,000 to
    (5) 2,000 awards.
  • Commitment to Service Scholarships
  • Recognizes members who are actively engaged in
    the military or work in public service. Service
    members eligible include Military, Police
    Officers, Firefighters. Minimum (5) 1,000
    awards available.
  • Emerging Scholar Award
  • Recognizes outstanding sophomore members who have
    made a difference in their chapter. Currently
    enrolled as a full-time sophomore student, in an
    undergraduate degree granting program at an
    accredited institution at the time of
    application. Minimum (5) 1,000 awards
    available.
  • Outstanding Member Award
  • Recognizes chapter officers that have gone above
    and beyond in promoting Golden Key on their
    campus and within their community. Chapter
    officers who have served a one year term are
    eligible. Minimum (3) 1,000 awards available.

  • A total of 44 chapters - Region 3 is the largest
    region in the US. There were over 8000 new
    members in Region 3 for 2012.
  • We just added a new chapter at Mercer University
    in Macon, GA.

2014 Regional Summit Bidding ProcessWould your
chapter like to host the next regional summit?
  • February 18 Information on the bidding process
    will be provided to all chapters via the Golden
    Key website.
  • April 30 Host chapter Application is due.
  • May 30 The official bid is due. It must include
    the original, signed copy of the Host School
    Acknowledgement Form.
  • July 31 Host chapters are announced via the
    Golden Key website.
