    Ordinance (PMO) nationwide.

  • Note 3-A Sanitary Standards for dairy equipment
    are promulgated jointly by the Sanitary Standards
    Subcommittee of the Dairy Industry Committee, the
    3-A Committee on Sanitary Procedure of the
    International Association for Food Protection and
    the Milk Safety Branch of the US Public Health
    Service/Food and Drug Administration. Equipment
    manufactured in conformity with 3-A Sanitary
    Standards complies with the sanitary design and
    construction standards of this ordinance.

  • -NCIMS/ FDA Milk Safety Branch.
  • Milk For Manufacturing.
  • -State and Local Heath Authorities/ USDA AMS
    Dairy Grading Branch.
