Title: Evaluate 3 a 5, for a 5
1Rowdy Rodeo
2Teacher Notes I bought cheap grabbers in the toy
section at Wal-mart (.88 each). The grabbers had
heads of a horse, pig, chicken, and cow. I wanted
all horses but they only had two. Thus, I assumed
that cowboys dealt with the other animals also.
This game works with 2 or 4 teams. Each team is
assigned a grabber as a mascot. In the course of
a relay, a problem is flashed on the screen. The
students run to their table (2 teams would need 2
tables and 4 teams would need 4 tables, etc.),
pick up the card with the answer and return it to
the group. ( I use tent cards. Some office supply
places call them name cards. The answer can be
placed on both sides and they are easy to pick up
with the grabbers.) The group must decide if the
answer is correct. If it is not, they must return
it immediately or forfeit points. The team to
finish first, with the most correct answers
wins. I use 1 point per answer and -1 point for i
ncorrect answer. Enjoy! If you make adaptations

activity is also on our site. I like Cotton Eyed
Joe.
