I started lindy hopping in June of 2001
Lindy hop is one style of swing dance.

Last summer, I traveled to Herräng, Sweden, for a
month-long dance camp.
There were people there from all over Europe, and
a few other continents, too!

Some basic principles of the dance are

• A partner is required
• One person leads, one follows
• Both people are always moving in relationship to
  each other
  
• The couple is almost always touching

The phase hasnt worn off, even a year and three
months later.
Im still madly and passionately in love with the
music, the people, the scene, the physical
experience
