Beginner Adventure Race Clinic

• June 21st, Thursday Night, 630 pm - 730 pm at
  Richardson Bike Mart
  
• COST Free
• Come join us for a question/answer session on
  Adventure Racing (What is Adventure Racing?, What
  Gear do I need? How much Training must I do? How
  do I train for my first race?)
• June 23rd, Saturday, 800 am - Noon at Lake
  Lewisville, 3113 Lake Highlands, Highland
  Village, TX 75077
  
• COST 35 (PLEASE CALL TO SIGN UP BY 6/13/07 SO
  WE BRING ENOUGH BOATS!)
  
• Meet us in the morning for a beginner mountain
  bike skills clinic. We will cover basic mountain
  bike handling skills, bike fit, and go for a ride
  to practice your new skills (you must bring
  mountain bike and CPSA approved bike helmet). We
  will have a beginner paddling clinic and go out
  in the inflatable canoes we use in our races (we
  provide boats, paddles and pfds). Other items to
  bring Water bottles or some type of Hydration
  System (recommend Camelbak) and a change of
  clothes and shoes (you will get wet paddling).
  You can use our bathroom before and after clinic.
