  constitution.

  of powers means the powers are divided in three
  different branches of government.

  balances means that each branch of government has
  some authority over the other branches.
• Each branch has to work together that way none of

  signed on September 17, 1787 but it wasnt till
  1788 authorized by the necessary nine states.
• The U.S. constitution was planned by secret in a
  building guarded by sentries.

• October 19, 1781 the British forces surrender in
  Yorktown.
• September 3, 1783 the revolutionary war ended in
  Paris.
