  • A cadre of military planners from nations with
    Asia-Pacific interests capable of rapidly
    augmenting a multinational force (MNF)
    headquarters (HQ) established to plan and execute
    coalition operations in response to military
    operations other than war (MOOTW) / small scale
    contingencies (SSC).
