for its medical products. These classes are

had major medial coverage within the past 63 days
(proof may be required) - Standard rating applicants who dont qualify for
the preferred rating and/or have minor ongoing
medical conditions - Stardard rating applicants who are in fair
health and require additional rating due to
moderate medical conditions
