  • How can we involve a much broader range of
    partners in the wide community?
  • Are all school staff members actively involved in
    recognising pupil achievement?
  • What form will records take?
  • How will achievement receive parity with
    attainment?

  • No one size will fit all
  • Local not national
  • Validation will incorporate many partners-fit for
    purpose
  • Benefits to all young people
  • Opportunities for widening of work and further
    development with younger pupils and a broader
    range of partners
  • Attainment becomes a subset of achievement
