Here It Is!
  • Cuddy, C. M. (2002). Demystifying APA style.
Orthopedic Nursing, 21(5), 35-42. Retrieved July
    27, 2007, from ProQuest database (229203381).
  • Intext citation (Cuddy, 2002)

14
APA Rules for this Citation
  • American Psychological Association. (2001).
Publication manual of the American Psychological
Association (5th ed.). Washington, DC Author.
  • Journal Article, One Author p. 240
  • Aggregated Databases p. 278
  • Intext Citation for One Work by One Author p.
    207

15
Copy Your Entire Reference List
  • In the top toolbar, select Save as Word Doc
  • The default options appear as underlined
hyperlinks. Click the option to modify it
  • You can Preview your list but it will not have
    correct NCU formatting
  • Under Export and Print, click Click Here
  • In the file download box, click Save and save it
    to the appropriate folder
  • The list is double spaced. NCU uses single
spacing for references with a double space
between references, so you will have to edit the
    formatting

16
Copy a Reference into Another Reference List
  • Find the reference you want to copy and click the
middle icon to the right of it, between the
    pencil and the red X.
  • Select Another List in this Folder and enter the
name of the list. Click Copy
  • The list that next appears is the original list.
Click Click Here to see the citation in the new
    list.

17
Copy a Single Reference into Your Paper
  • You can also just cut and paste the reference.
  • When you paste the reference into your paper, you
will probably have to do some reformatting
