- The variety, scope and number of
ICT/telecommunications projects make ITU a unique
platform for Partnerships - Telecommunication Development Bureau is the
resilient and time-tested ITU arm, with more than
50 partnership/cooperation agreements signed per
year - While Member States contribution, our historical
Partners, remain very active, participation of
