11Installation
- We require 1 day for install, equipment set-up,
video mounting, and testing. No disruption to
current operations. - The deployment manager will schedule these times
with the owner or assigned contact, once the
order is confirmed. - If construction delays occur, please contact the
deployment manager at 360-318-9946.
12Training Education
- All system training will be arranged via Vital
Link POS deployment manager. - Training may take place either on-site or via web
training sessions - Classroom training is available for Multi-Store
Owners at one of our locations or at yours - Live-day support provided for staff and
management -
13Help-Desk Support Hardware Service
- Vital Link POS provides a free 1-800 number
- The help desk is staffed 6am-10pm PST -7days a
week - Trained technicians
- Hardware diagnostics
- Software related questions
- The help-desk will help arrange for hardware
pick-up and/or service.(RMA) - Our help desk is housed in Vancouver BC
- The latest in-call management tools
14Order Process
- First Step is to call 1-877-448-5300 and request
an individual POS store quotation based on your
needs. - Greg Amos will generate a quote for your review
- Lead time is at least 3 weeks from payment
received and BSQ completed. - Payment for system
- Leasing options available via a third party
company OR 50 deposit and remaining 50 due
