EIC SEERS Vision Statement
Gilbert Middle Schools vision is to incorporate
an environmental educational model in order to
improve student achievement and behavior. By
integrating a curriculum using the environment as
a foundation, students will see relevant and
meaningful connections and assume greater
ownership and interest in their learning. Through
the use of integrated, interdisciplinary
approaches and EIC, the team will foster an
appreciation for the environment and strengthen
the connection between students and the Gilbert
community. Our vision is to create life-long
learners who will serve as good stewards of the
environment.
