• VNO would support any new route to the airport

  start-up costs. Based on the individual merits of
  the proposed route growth, the Airport may look
  to offer additional backing through marketing
  support.

Vilnius International Airport is the largest
international airport in Lithuania. It is
constructed on a plateau in the southern part of
Vilnius. The airport is located just 7 km or 15
minutes by car from the center of the capital
city. The enterprise occupies the area of 326 ha,
and the length of the aerodrome perimeter is
12.4 km. The length of the runway is 2,515 m and
the width is 50 m PCN83/F/D/X/T.
ILS Category I, Siemens signal lights system.
The category 4 E is given for aerodrome.

• In 2007 passenger terminal was modernized the
  reconstruction of the arrivals hall was carried
  out as well as the modernization works in the
  departures hall.
• Following the modernization of the departures
  hall, the terminal complies with the requirement
  to separate the passenger flows of Schengen and
  non-Schengen countries. The passenger throughput
  of the terminal increased, passenger service
  quality was improved and more stringent aviation
  security measures were implemented.

Currently, the airport has 14 gates and 30
check-in counters (with CUTE system). Vilnius
International airport can handle 2000 passenger
per hour, 10 000 - 12 000 passenger per day and
about 3 million per year. The new area of
the renovated passenger terminal now reaches 37
462 sq.m. It is equipped with 6 passenger
boarding bridges, modern passenger check-in
equipment.
