The Big Bad Witch

• Once upon a time, there was a desert island
  that was surrounded by swampy water. People would
  claim that any time they would walk near the
  edges of the swampy water, they could hear a
  spooky voice scream.

• There was a group of kids who claimed they
  were afraid of nothing. To put their bravery to
  the test, they dared each other to go to the
  swampy waters and cross it to get to the desert
  island. First, they had to find a boat to cross
  the river. They split up into groups so they
  could find a boat faster.

• They were lost in the forest and they couldnt
  find one another. Then suddenly, they heard a
  loud scream. The separated groups then ran
  towards the scream. Finally after searching, they
  found each other. The girl who had screamed said,
  A flock of hovering bats just attacked me. But
  once you came, they flew away. The group then
  decided they would stay together and look for the
  boat.

At last! They found the boat they were looking
for. But the boat was so small, it could only fit
three people. So the rest of the children stayed
behind. The three people who got in the boat,
Mark, Martha, and Mike, started paddling to get
to the desert island. Once they reached the
island, they searched it for anything suspicious.
They finally reached a damp and moldy cave. The
group hesitated to enter. Mike remarked, Come
on! You guys are a bunch of scaredy cats. Martha
and Mark entered the cave. They followed what
seemed to be a glowing light. Mark was leading
the way. All he could find was a short, green old
witch pouring mice eyeballs into a potion.

• She screamed, Ah, ha ha ha. Ive been
  watching you through my magical mirror! Finally,
  I can use one more set of eyeballs to complete my
  curse. Mark terrifyingly asked, What curse?
• The big bad witch replied, A curse that I will
  use to capture you as my beloved servants! She
  then cast a spell to turn them into hideous mice.
  Ah ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I can finally complete my
  potion!, the witch exclaimed.

• With fast thinking, Martha jumped up the cave
  wall and released a fire lantern. The lantern
  fell to the floor with a loud crash. The
  squirrels watched as the witchs old cloak caught
  on fire. Oh no! Im melting, melting, melting!,
  the witch cried. Then, all of a sudden, the witch
  disappeared. All that was left from the witch was
  her old hat. Since the big, bad witch is dead,
  the spell she placed upon the children now
  vanished.

• Amazed by what just happened, Martha, Mike,
  and Mark looked at each other in disbelief. Mike
  said, Lets get out of here before anything else
  happens! The children ran out of the cave and
  into the boat. They paddled as fast as they could
  to get away from the island. Once they reached
  safe ground, they hurriedly got out of the boat
  and met up with the rest of the group. Mark,
  Mike, and Martha were so happy they were away
  from the spooky island. Mike replied, Oh my
  goodness! You guys wont believe what happened to
  us over there!
