What is a tea sandwich?

• They are dainty and delicious.

• They can be savory and sweet.

• They come in many shapes
• and sizes.

How to Prepare

• Have a large work area.

• Bread slices must be very thin.
• (Try to use a variety of bread.)

• The spread should be no thicker than the
• bread.

• The crusts should be cut off.

Preparation Tips

• Allow 4-6 servings per person.

• Frozen bread is easier to cut.

• Have a sharp knife.

• Cover with wax paper or damp cloth.
