1. Identify the Bitter Root that you want to
   transform.
2. Step into the Bitter Root and really feel it.
3. Drop-Down through the Bitter Root continue
   dropping-down through each thought-feeling that
   comes up.
4. Take note of the emptiness if there.
5. Apply (meta-state) the presence of the Lord
   Jesus (highest resource) on top of and into each
   negative meaning under the Bitter Root.
6. Test.
