County-Wide Ministry Opportunity
Love Loud Floyd County
Theres a running joke around the ministry center
that concerns the way I walk. Most everybody
thinks that I am always in a hurry. Thats not
the way it is, I just walk fast. For some reason
I feel an urgency to get where Im going. Lately,
that urgency has carried over to evangelism. I
have always been a news junkie, someone who has
to know everything thats going on in this world.
As I watch the news on TV and read various
articles, my sense of urgency to tell people
about Jesus is growing. The world we live in
needs Jesus now more than ever. The churches of
Rome and Floyd County are feeling that urgency as
well. On September 25th our churches will come
together for one day of service to our community.
Love Loud Floyd County will give our churches
a divine appointment to give back to our
community. There will be various community
projects for each church to participate in. On
Sunday, September 26th we will give a full report
on this day to the annual meeting at Fellowship
Baptist Church. This will be time to praise God
for what He has done in our community. We pray
that your church will be a part of this great day
in Rome and Floyd County. If youd like more
information, please call the associational office
at 706-291-0904 or ask your pastor what your
church is planning to do. Lets show Rome and
Floyd County how much Jesus loves them through
his body of believers! Brenda Gail Baldwin
